Me too - and I thought I was used to the liberal party's antics. Let's hope this is the last nail in the coffin for them.

And yeah, Andrew Robb was terrible on lateline. Penny Wong (?) from the ALP totally owned him.

Man, BOTH the husband of the retiring member and the husband of the new candidate were in on it but claim their wives knew nothing. I also heard on 774 yesterday a guy who had worked on Jacky Kelly's campaign in 2001 saying that they'd used similar tactics against a minor party to "capture" votes. Fucking pricks.

Yeah I heard that too. Apparently they couldn't get the preference deal they wanted in 2001 so they got people pretending to represent the minor parties handing out fake how-to-vote cards that gave direct preference to themselves.

And yeah Jimmy, it was Penny Wong.
