Election 2007
I am a little hesistant to start this thread because of the banter we will have to hear between Jimmy and Steve as they compare size and stiffness of their erections whenever they see images of Kevin Rudd. It had to be done though because the election is coming up...
I was immensely amused by the summary of the previous day that the Herald Sun have been running since the date was announced. Today under the policies launched section there was: Coalition - Boost for Parylympics, Bradman Museum and Masters Games $38 million Labor - Child care cost rebate $1.5 billion Edge Labor on Sunday. |

i dont know how many of us here could be bothered watching last night's debate, but i found it to be fairly interesting personally, especially 9's worm that was almost always peaking at the very top for rudd - poor john. the papers labelled it the most exciting election debate ever which is a pretty good rap for rudd i guess. loved it when they kept on cutting to costello in the crowd with the biggest grin ever recorded.

Man the Coalition announced today that they would fund overpasses over Childs Rd and McDonalds Rd in Epping, so that it'd be easier to extend the Epping line to South Morang.
How the FUCK is that a federal issue? The line does need to be extended, and the Victorian government needs to do it like they've been promising for six years, but why is the federal government poking their nose into even more state issues? |
