Man, you should never leave any valuables in your car no matter where it's parked. I normally don't, so when my car got broken into last year in front of my house they took everything else that wasn't screwed down - CD's, phone charger, hands free, head unit face, breath tester, subwoofer, etc. Actually my amplifier was screwed down, and they still took it. All I got left with was my Melways and a pair of sunglasses that were apparently too shitty to steal.
I'm not sure what my point is, but I know how you feel.
